Job Description ### For our client in the infrastructure sector, we are looking for a reliable and structured personality to support contract management. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the preparation of the migration of an existing contract database into a new system. You will work with both physical files and digital documents and ensure that the existing documentation is complete and of flawless quality. The position is suitable for commercial employees with a precise way of working and an interest in the areas of railway, infrastructure, and construction. Tasks #### You identify the relevant physical documents based on defined criteria and compare them with the documents available in the document management system. In doing so, you check the completeness and quality of the scanned documents and ensure that they meet the specified requirements. Missing or qualitatively insufficient documents are digitized by you and stored in the DMS. Additionally, you prepare the checked documents for archive cleansing and destruction and support random sample checks. In doing so, you ensure clean and traceable administration of physical and digital documents at all times. Requirements #### You have completed commercial training or a Matura. You possess good and fast reading ability in German as well as French language skills at level B1 to B2. You work in a structured, organized, and careful manner and place great value on accuracy when dealing with physical and digital documents. You possess strong analytical skills and ideally bring an affinity for the areas of railway and construction. Confident handling of IT applications as well as scan and document management systems is a matter of course for you. You are characterized by independence, perseverance, and high reliability and always maintain an overview even with repetitive tasks.
