For our Restaurant Tara at Riedbachstrasse 100 in 3027 Bern, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as a Restaurant Manager, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Active participation in service and daily restaurant operations
• Preparing and plating food
• Looking after and advising guests
• Organization and coordination of daily processes
• Leadership and deployment planning of employees
• Contact person for the staff
• Training and support of new employees
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Good German language skills
• Experience in gastronomy and ideally in a leadership role
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests and employees
• Strong leadership, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Independent and organized way of working
• Willingness to actively participate in operational restaurant business
