Job description ## • Manage, accompany, and motivate the kitchen team. • Plan and organize daily production. • Develop balanced, varied, and seasonal menus. • Guarantee a high-quality culinary service in compliance with guest expectations. • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards as well as hygiene and food safety rules. • Manage orders, stocks, and inventories. • Optimize material costs and limit food waste. • Collaborate with different services to ensure irreproachable service. • Participate in production when activity requires it. • Ensure compliance with budgets and fixed objectives. We expect ## • CFC as a cook or training deemed equivalent. • Additional training as Head Chef or federal diploma: a real asset. • Confirmed experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef wishing to evolve. • Experience in collective catering, in EMS, in hospital settings, or in corporate catering. • Excellent management and organizational skills. • Sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions. • Good mastery of HACCP standards. • Ease in managing costs, orders, and stocks. • Dynamic, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality. • Excellent mastery of French.
