Restaurant Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • You take over the operational responsibility for the entire restaurant area and ensure smooth operations • You further develop structures and processes and contribute your own ideas • You lead your 8-person team with clarity, motivation, and a high quality standard • You take on the host function and become the face of the restaurant • You participate in the further development of the gastronomic offering and special events • You plan and accompany exclusive occasions and ensure unforgettable guest experiences • You build long-term relationships with guests and partners and actively maintain them • You implement targeted measures for the positioning and visibility of the offering • You ensure that operational, organizational, and administrative processes function efficiently • You guarantee compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management • Several years of experience in a comparable position in a high-end environment • Experience in the leadership and development of employees • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, even in demanding situations • Strong service orientation and a professional appearance • Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage • A sense for quality, trends, and a special guest experience Opportunities & Perspectives A demanding and inspiring working environment awaits you, in which you can specifically use and further develop your strengths.
