Type of work: • Telephone support of customers in the administrative area (incl. invoice inquiries) • Logging of incoming calls • Identifying sales opportunities (Sales, Up- & Cross-Selling) and optimization of the customer portfolio • Recording and processing disturbances in 1st-level support • Friendly & competent advice on products and services Requirements: • Fluent Swiss German and very good French skills • Mandatory office experience • 2-week training must be able to be attended 100% • Readiness for shift work: MO-FR from 08:00-19:00 / SA: 08:00-16:00 • Very good PC and IT user skills as well as technical understanding of telecommunications • Strong communication skills, enjoyment of consulting & interest in sales
