What the position offers you You are in daily contact with our customers – both by phone and in writing. Here, you have the opportunity to make a real impact: With an open ear, quick solutions, and a personal touch, you ensure that our customers feel they are in good hands from the start. You take on a central coordinating role and actively shape the service day: You schedule appointments with customers and plan the deployments and daily tours of our service technicians – with a lot of leeway and the opportunity to really influence processes. You are the voice that reliably accompanies our customers: You proactively inform them about repair appointments and installations, creating trust – even where no definitive solution is yet available. You keep an overview in a varied daily routine: Pending orders and status lists give you a clear picture of the situation at all times – and the scope to take action where it matters. What you bring to the position You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience in a comparable activity – whether in dispatch, contact center, or customer service: You know the business and know what matters. In contact with customers, you are at your best. You can draw on a wealth of experience in telephone customer contact and find the right tone even in difficult conversations. You are an open, communicative person – and remain calm even in hectic moments. Reliability and a positive demeanor are a matter of course for you. You work independently, in a structured manner, and with high organizational skill – you keep several balls in the air at the same time and never lose sight of the big picture. You are proficient in common IT systems and are open to continuously expanding your knowledge. You communicate confidently in German – clearly, professionally, and in a partnership-like manner.
