In this capacity, he/she defines and deploys the quality strategy, guarantees the conformity of products and raw materials to the most demanding standards, and ensures the maintenance of operational excellence throughout the product life cycle. He/she coordinates quality activities between the different production sites, both in Switzerland and internationally, in a logic of consistency, performance, and continuous improvement. As the privileged interlocutor for internal and external stakeholders, he/she plays a decisive role in customer satisfaction, the steering of performance indicators, the management of quality risks, as well as the evolution of methods, tools, and control means, including within the internal laboratory. This strategic function requires assertive leadership, a transverse vision of quality issues, and a strong capacity to unite teams around a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities Product quality Guarantee the conformity and quality of products throughout their life cycle. Define quality standards with customers and internal teams. Support industrialization and production to ensure excellence in execution across all sites. Material quality Ensure the quality of raw materials and define control criteria. Supervise incoming controls and tests carried out by the internal laboratory. Participate in the development and qualification of new materials and suppliers. Customer relations Steer customer complaints, cause analyses, and corrective actions. Ensure regular follow-up and maintain a relationship of trust with customers. Performance & coordination Harmonize quality practices between sites in Switzerland and internationally. Monitor performance indicators and steer improvement plans. Lead quality reviews and internal and external audits. Laboratory & continuous improvement Develop control means and the capabilities of the internal laboratory. Conduct continuous improvement processes for products, materials, and processes. Identify risks and implement appropriate preventive actions. Management Supervise, support, and develop the Quality team within a culture of excellence and performance. Skills ## Profile sought • * Higher education in Quality, Engineering, Materials, Microtechnology, or equivalent. • * Natural leadership, capable of supporting and developing teams with high standards, benevolence, and exemplary behavior. • * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • * Keen sense of detail and strong customer orientation. • * Very good communication and negotiation skills with various interlocutors (customers, suppliers, production, management). • * Ability to evolve in an international and multicultural environment. • * Continuous improvement mindset, pragmatism, and results orientation. • * Mastery of quality tools and root cause analysis methods. • * Fluent French and imperative fluent English (oral and written). • Sought experience • * Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of quality, including at least 5 years in a management function. • * Proven experience in the watchmaking industry, luxury products, or a demanding industrial environment. • * Proven experience in managing product and material quality throughout the product life cycle. • * Solid expertise in defining and steering control plans, quality procedures, and performance indicators. • * Proven experience in managing customer complaints, non-conformity analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • * Experience with internal and external quality audits as well as compliance and certification processes. • * Experience in coordinating several production sites, ideally in Switzerland and internationally. • * Good knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control methods applied to products with high technical and aesthetic requirements. • * Experience in the development or management of a quality laboratory as well as in the monitoring of technical tests and validations. • * Mastery of quality tools and methodologies (8D, AMDEC/FMEA, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent). • * Professional practice of English in an international context. *
