Backoffice Collaborator (French, German) 80% Within our Contact Center at the central headquarters in Vernier/Genève, we inspire our members through competent advice and offer them a unique customer experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an enthusiastic personality who enjoys analysis and possesses a great sense of detail. Your challenges With the colleagues of your team, you will be responsible for correcting client portfolios presenting anomalies and/or inconsistencies You will be required to examine and reconcile various incoming payments In support and collaboration with other teams and departments, you will ensure a high level of quality and customer service In order to guarantee accessibility to our members, you will actively participate in the support of our Frontoffice. What you bring You have a strong team spirit, while knowing how to work autonomously You are solution-oriented, have a keen sense of logic and possess an analytical mind You have comfort with numbers, a sense of responsibility and an excellent ability to manage priorities You have an advanced level in French or (Swiss) German, and you have very good knowledge of the other language. Mastery of Italian is an additional asset. You have good knowledge of usual IT tools, knowledge of Salesforce constituting an asset You are open to novelties and changes, you participate actively and propose continuous improvements, notably within the framework of optimizations and automation of processes.
