RES - A Restaurant Manager

The Groupe Téléverbier offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 installations and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators. A Restaurant Manager In order to complete our teams, the Attelas sector, composed of two restaurants, is looking for: Your missions: • Ensure the organizational, managerial, and financial management of the point of sale; - Manage the team and work schedules according to the CCNT; - Anticipate and manage the flow of service as well as the welcome according to attendance forecasts; - Anticipate and manage stocks and orders according to peak periods and according to operating hours; - Ensure compliance with current hygiene (HACCP) and occupational safety standards; - Verify the safety of installations (cooking appliances, refrigerators, freezers, ...); - Elaborate weekly statistics and results. Your profile: • Holder of a diploma from a recognized hotel school or equivalent training, holding a license is a plus; - Excellent professionalism endowed with in-depth knowledge of welcoming, service, cuisine, and dining room work while prioritizing customer service; - Experience in managing a seasonal type establishment and on a ski area, an asset; - Versatility, and flexibility in schedules; - Ability to resist stress and manage priorities; - Leadership and ability to manage and motivate collaborators, developed team spirit and oriented towards customer satisfaction; - Sense of profitability and costs, mastery of classic and specific IT tools; - Ability to adapt and manage constraints related to the environment and the mountain climate; - Mastery of at least 2 languages (French and English, Italian is a plus).
