Do you want to accompany people in challenging situations and at the same time use your expertise in the field of personal insurance in a targeted manner? In this versatile function, you combine customer contact, consulting and case management with analytical thinking and solution-oriented action. You care for insured persons in the regions of Zürich and Central Switzerland and develop sustainable solutions together with internal and external partners.

What you achieve ##

• Clarification of facts with insured persons and employers
• Analysis of possibilities for recourse as well as identification of potential for external case management
• Conducting assessments to evaluate the personal, professional and social situation of insured persons
• Leading conversations with insured persons, employers, doctors, lawyers and other partners
• Organization and moderation of round tables
• Support for insured persons in maintaining their job or coordinating therapeutic work attempts
• Creation of reports and recommendations for action for the specialist department
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and external stakeholders

What you bring ##

• You have several years of experience or a solid education in the field of personal insurance
• You have good knowledge of social insurance, ideally with a specialist certificate in private or social insurance or comparable further training
• A CAS in case management as well as training in psychology, coaching or social work are an advantage
• You convince with your empathetic, communicative and confident personality
• You bring a high level of customer and consulting competence
• Networked thinking as well as pronounced social competence characterize you
• You work flexibly, committed and team-oriented and have assertiveness
• You communicate confidently in German, knowledge of French and any other language is an advantage
• You hold a category B driver's license and have your own vehicle and are happy to be on the road
