In order to complete its catering team, the Clinic Les Alpes is looking to recruit a restaurant manager. Clinic Les Alpes is a private healthcare establishment whose main goal is to care for and help patients suffering from addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.) and mental health. The orientation of the dishes from the Chef de cuisine of this renowned establishment aims to be refined and respectful of what nature has to offer. Evolving through the seasons and the expectations of clients coming from various backgrounds is a daily challenge. Restaurant Manager at 100% Start date: as soon as possible Summary of responsibilities Reporting to the COO, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to: \\- Constantly offer professional, pleasant and engaging service \\- Team management \\- Perfectly know the kitchen dishes, side dishes, ingredients and preparation methods \\- Set up of the dining rooms and the terrace \\- Follow service standards \\- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining rooms as well as the service premises at all times \\- Management of deliveries and stock \\- Follow all health and hygiene procedures when handling food and beverages \\- Other tasks that may be assigned Sought profile \\- Very good command of French (written and spoken), minimum level B2 \\- Very good command of English (spoken and written), minimum level B2 \\- Other language a plus \\- Previous experience in high-end catering \\- Experience of at least two years in a similar environment \\- Strong interpersonal skills and a good ability to solve problems \\- Responsible and reliable \\- Proactive with an eye for detail \\- Ability to work effectively under pressure \\- Ability to work with total autonomy as well as in a team \\- Ability to focus attention on client needs, while remaining calm and courteous at all times \\- Discretion and confidentiality are an integral part of professional conduct If you would like to apply, send us by email your complete file (cover letter, CV, photo, certificates & diplomas).
