What awaits you

• You process complex benefit cases in the accident insurance (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ) industry independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives, and other social and private insurers
• You draft sophisticated correspondence including decrees and conduct telephone conversations at eye level
• You work closely with our medical service
• You actively help shape positive change - with curiosity and your constructive nature

What you bring with you

• Commercial or equivalent training with experience in the insurance industry
• Sound specialist knowledge in the area of accident insurance - or the will to deepen it quickly
• Empathic and team-oriented personality who works independently and reliably
• Basic medical knowledge is a must
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German - French and English are a plus
• And: You have humor, drive and a desire for change
