Sales Assistant Internal Sales (80–100%)

For our client – a dynamic and future-oriented company in Villmergen – we are looking for an assertive and proactive personality for internal sales (80–100%). Your role: Pivot point in the company In this versatile hub function, you are the linking element between our customers, production planning (AVOR) and production: • Order processing & customer care: Independent recording, processing and monitoring of customer orders from inquiry to delivery. • Interface management: Close exchange and coordination with AVOR and manufacturing to ensure delivery dates and capacities. • Quotation preparation & master data maintenance: Creating offers, maintaining customer and article master data in SAP as well as follow-up actions. • Complaint & inquiry management: Competent advice to customers by telephone and email as well as solution-oriented handling of complaints. What you bring with you: • Education: Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable qualification. • System competence: Proficient and confident handling of SAP (SD/MM an advantage) as well as sound MS Office knowledge. • Experience: Professional experience in internal sales; experience in a technical or industrial production environment is a great advantage. • Personality: Proactive, solution-oriented and independent way of thinking and working with high communication strength. • Languages: Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form; other languages (e.g. French or English) are a plus.
