To complete our Front Office team, we are looking for: A RECEPTIONIST WORKING DAY AND NIGHT (M/F) – FULL-TIME CDI 100% YOUR PROFILE: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel reception field • CFC Hospitality, hotel training or equivalent training • Perfect mastery of French and English, knowledge of another language is an asset • Ease with computer tools and knowledge of Fidelio or Opera V5/Cloud software • Taste and ease for customer contact • Smiling and dynamic, excellent presentation • Sense of organization, autonomy, versatility and flexibility • Ability to keep calm in all situations • Versatility on morning, day and evening shifts. Nights during occasional replacements of the night shift YOUR MAIN TASKS: • Ensure the reception and departure of customers (check-in check-out) as well as follow-up throughout their stay; • Manage the telephone switchboard, email processing, as well as reservations; • Handle complaints; • Manage the billing from arrival to departure of the customer; • Manage cash funds and cash passages; • Respond to customer reviews on various booking channels • Have a good knowledge of products, prices and hotel environment and inform customers.
