What this position offers you ###

• You will independently take responsibility for diagnosis, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of washing machines and dryers - directly at customers' homes, in a local service area. No two days are the same: every assignment brings a new situation, a new device, a new challenge
• You provide binding repair offers and recognize when a repair makes sense - and when a replacement is the more honest recommendation. This assessment is in your hands, and you carry it out with the necessary expertise and backbone
• You are not just a technician, but also a consultant: you instruct customers on the operation, care, and maintenance of their devices, clarify connection possibilities, and take the time to truly answer questions - rather than just ticking them off
• You document your assignments digitally via tablet: service reports, daily closures, offers - clean, complete, and timely. This is part of the craft
• You exchange ideas daily in the service center - in the morning meeting with your team - and stay up to date via service bulletins and technical updates. There is no standstill here, neither technically nor personally

What you bring to the position ###

• You have a completed manual or electrotechnical basic training (EFZ or EBA) - ideally as an electrical installer, electronics technician, or in a comparable profession
• You bring solid electrotechnical knowledge and know how to approach an unknown device - systematically, safely, and without immediately assuming the worst case. Ideally, you already possess the NIV 15 permit or are motivated to complete the required further training with us
• You enjoy direct customer contact and have the ability to explain technical matters so that they are understood by someone who is not a technician - friendly, clear, at eye level
• You work independently and reliably: you know that some days the schedule will be tight, and you still find a way to balance quality and punctuality
• You are physically fit and have no hesitation about demanding assignments - whether basement, laundry room, or built-in situations that seem puzzling at first glance
• You communicate confidently in German and French; other languages are a real plus
• You have a category B driver's license
