We are looking for reinforcement for our own team! As an established recruitment agency with three business locations, we recruit personnel for temporary and permanent positions. To reinforce our internal team, we are looking for a communicative, sales-oriented personality who wants to develop in recruitment consulting and contribute to our company in the long term. Your tasks: • After thorough training, you will take over your own area of responsibility step by step. This includes: • Recruitment and support of job seekers • Conducting job interviews and assessing candidates • Placement of suitable employees with our corporate clients • Administrative processing of temporary and permanent positions - Telephone and personal contact with existing clients • Active acquisition of new clients • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships • Advising HR managers during employee searches • Client visits in the field (approx. 20%) What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training is an advantage • Good commercial knowledge is mandatory, e.g., KV training, commercial further education or corresponding professional experience • Experience in recruitment is not required – we will train you thoroughly • Joy in daily contact with people • Strong sales flair and no hesitation regarding telephone acquisition • Communicative, open and independent personality • Swiss German • Driver's license Cat.
