We are today mandated by our client, a high-end hotel located in the Zermatt station in Valais, to recruit a dynamic and committed professional who will hold the position Cluster Reservations Manager H/F Job Description You will supervise all individual and group reservations via the different distribution channels, while ensuring the optimization of availability, rates, and occupancy rates. You will guarantee the accuracy of the data as well as the respect of the quality and service standards specific to the establishment. In close collaboration with the Front Office, Sales, Events, and Revenue Management teams, you will ensure fluid communication and effective coordination of daily operations. You will also be in charge of supervising, training, and supporting the reservations team to maintain a high level of performance and engagement. Your role will also involve managing complex requests, VIP clients, as well as potential complaints, with professionalism, reactivity, and attention to detail. Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and departmental performance, while ensuring respect for brand standards and internal processes. Sought Profile You have a hotel education or equivalent experience and have confirmed experience in a similar function within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment. You perfectly master reservation operations as well as the main PMS and CRS tools. With excellent organizational and analytical skills, you are recognized for your natural leadership, your ability to unite teams, and your keen sense of service quality. You demonstrate rigor, reactivity, and a real solution-oriented approach in your way of working. You perfectly master French and English, any other language being a real asset. Your proactive, structured, and customer-satisfaction-oriented personality allows you to evolve with ease in demanding and multicultural environments.
