Customer Service Backoffice Clerk (30-100%)

We are looking for reliable and communicative employees as Customer Service Clerk / Backoffice / Customer Advisory. In this role, you will support our team in daily administrative operations and assist customers via telephone, in writing, and digitally. You will answer inquiries, record and maintain customer data, coordinate appointments, and support customer advisors in the preparation and follow-up of advisory meetings.
