HR Business Partner

Your tasks ###

• Coaching and supporting managers and employees in demanding situations, particularly regarding conflicts as well as performance and behavior issues
• Advising managers and employees on personnel and labor law matters
• Managing occupational health management (BGM) as well as coordinating professional reintegration in cooperation with supervisors and insurance partners
• Supporting personnel and organizational change processes
• Participating in HR projects as well as the further development and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in payroll processes and salary-relevant issues

Your profile ###

• You have a completed commercial or comparable training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• You have sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and move confidently in demanding personnel matters
• With your strong consulting and communication skills, you appear confident, professional, and appropriate to the level when dealing with managers and employees
• You are characterized by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, set priorities, and represent your position clearly and constructively
• High social competence, discretion, resilience, and flexibility characterize you
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of MS Office and digital HR systems
