Your profile

• Completed culinary training and in-depth expertise in authentic Asian cuisine
• A passion for authentic Asian cuisine and a keen sense of quality, flavor, and presentation
• Experience in a demanding fine-dining or luxury hotel environment, as well as the ability to consistently perform at the highest level even in a dynamic work environment
• A strong commitment to quality, along with an eye for detail and perfection in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Willingness to contribute new ideas and actively help further develop the culinary concept

Your role

• Responsibility for helping to create an authentic, innovative, and seasonally inspired menu with a focus on Asian cuisine (particularly Indian, Thai, and Myanmar specialties)
• Developing and creatively executing new dishes while incorporating traditional recipes, modern cooking techniques, and high-quality, seasonal ingredients
• Preparing authentic Asian dishes with in-depth knowledge of regional ingredients, spices, preparation methods, and cooking techniques
• Close collaboration with the Culinary Director and the kitchen team in the further development of menus and culinary concepts
• Professional presentation and preparation of dishes in the open show kitchen
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation in accordance with the guidelines of a luxury hotel
