Private Chef - UHNW family (M/F)

Private Chef M/F - Genève / Coppet, Switzerland ## As part of a confidential recruitment, one of our clients, a UHNW private family, has mandated us to identify a Private Chef to join their residential staff. The ideal candidate must demonstrate culinary creativity, absolute discretion, and an excellent sense of detail. He/she will propose varied cuisine (all styles), healthy and refined, while being able to adapt to the family's preferences as well as pre-established menus. Job responsibilities: ### • Prepare high-quality dishes respecting high standards • Create personalized menus for the family • Respect and execute certain already defined menus • Manage procurement and perform shopping (fresh and seasonal products) • Ensure complete and autonomous management of the kitchen • Work alone in the kitchen • Guarantee the careful presentation of dishes • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards • Collaborate with the family during private events or special occasions -------------------- Required skills and qualifications: ### • Significant experience as a Private Chef or within high-level establishments: Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury brasseries, or renowned ("rated") restaurants • Excellent mastery of different culinary styles • Ability to adapt to the tastes and requirements of the family • Experience in the complete management of a kitchen autonomously • Very good organizational and time management skills • Ability to work at a sustained pace • Excellent interpersonal skills and absolute discretion • Mastery of English or Russian mandatory -------------------- Job conditions: ### • Position based in Coppet (Genève) • Non-accommodated position • Rhythm: 15 days ON / 15 days OFF • Hours: presence from morning to evening during worked periods • Contract: CDI Join us ### If you wish to join a demanding environment and contribute to an exceptional culinary experience within a UHNW family, we invite you to apply now.
