Your main missions: * Welcome and assist clients in the agency or by telephone/email in the use of our online services; * Identify client needs and direct them towards suitable solutions; * Handle complaints by providing a quick and appropriate solution; * Build client loyalty by providing optimal service quality; * Make qualified appointments for the sales team; * Update client files; * Work in close collaboration with our partners, as well as with all employees of the bank. What we are looking for: * Working language: French; * You must speak a second language: Italian AND/OR German (Level C1); * You have good interpersonal skills attested by successful commercial experience; * Customer oriented, you are committed to providing the best service; * You possess an excellent team spirit and know how to work autonomously; * You know the Swiss retail or cross-border banking market; * You have a great sense of rigor, are reactive and organized; * You master the Office suite tools; * Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus.
