Junior Customer Manager Sales 100% F/D/E | Region Zürich/Horgen Zebrabox is the self-storage market leader with currently 6500 storage units at 12 locations in Switzerland. We rent individual self-service storage units from 1 to 50 m², which are used by private individuals and companies both short-term and long-term. Our versatile clientele appreciates the secure, simple, flexible, and modern storage solution we offer. In addition to storage, we also offer additional services such as rental vehicles, packing material, and moving coordination. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a sales-oriented personality as Junior Customer Manager Sales 100% F/D/E | Region Zürich/Horgen Your Task Customer Care The majority of our potential customers contact us via electronic media or by telephone. As part of our Customer Care Center, you are responsible for the professional handling of these inquiries and accompany interested parties from initial contact to contract conclusion. You quickly recognize customer needs, advise competently, and ensure an optimal customer journey as well as a high closing rate with your sympathetic and convincing manner. You look after our locations in Bern and Zürich mainly from our Customer Care Center in Horgen. In doing so, you support both the acquisition of new customers and the care of our existing customers. Your tasks include, in addition to telephone and written customer advice, administrative activities such as the creation of offers and contracts, the maintenance of customer data, and close cooperation with our Front Office teams at the locations. You thereby actively contribute to the compliance of our quality standards and to a smooth process of our customer processes. The focus of this function lies at around 60% on the Bern locations and at around 40% on the Zürich locations. Sales You actively bring your sales strength into the advisory process and know how to achieve successful contract conclusions from inquiries. In doing so, you recognize sales opportunities, advise in an orientation toward solutions, and respond individually to the needs of our customers. Your Qualification You thrive in active customer advice and acquisition – whether on the telephone, via e-mail, or in a personal conversation. Ideally, you have experience in sales, customer service, internal service, or call centers and bring a high degree of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking. You can adapt well to different customer types and approach all people with respect and openness. Your professional and authentic manner helps you to quickly build trust and achieve successful conclusions. You work independently, organized, and reliably, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. You have no aversion to administrative tasks and work confidently with the common Microsoft Office applications. You are flexible and ready to support our Front Office teams at the locations in Bern and Zürich on-site if required. You speak fluent German and Swiss German in spoken and written form. Good English skills are required; further language skills are welcome. You like to take on responsibility, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to the common success with commitment.
