As guarantor of quality, compliance, and supervision in the management of curatorship mandates, you develop the autonomy and skill development of your team (20 employees). Main responsibilities Local management & autonomy: You supervise professional curators and administrative and accounting employees by promoting a climate of trust. You support them in analyzing ordinary as well as complex situations. You are the first point of reference for resolving daily operational problems. Guarantee of quality and compliance: You ensure strict compliance with legal, judicial, and institutional frameworks and ensure regular quality control of practices and files. Operational steering and reporting: You organize the service's activity to ensure its efficiency and manage the continuous improvement of processes and professional practices. You analyze activity indicators and report essential information to the Direction accompanied by solutions regarding strategic issues and/or identified risks.
