The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a superior 5-star luxury hotel located at 1,800 m altitude in the Grisons mountains. ? YOUR PROFILE

• Successful professional training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of reservations or front office in high-end hospitality, ideally already in a management or replacement position
• Experience in 4/5 star hospitality
• Fluent command of German and English, spoken and written, required, any other language is an asset
• Strong service spirit, high awareness of quality, attention to detail
• Care and precision in respecting standards
• Empathic personality
• Neat appearance
• Stress resistance, flexibility

? YOUR TASKS

• Handling individual & group reservations by telephone and in writing
• Processing emails in German & English, creating offers via Serenata/Re Guest
• Processing and monitoring online reservations
• Sales oriented towards the occupancy of all room categories
• Correspondence with customers at the highest level
• Management, motivation and development of the reservation team
• Maintaining internal reservation standards, structured work
• Understanding and basic knowledge of revenue management
• Monitoring and controlling the correct entry of reservations in the PMS Protel (individual, group and event reservations)
• Collaboration with travel agencies and management of corresponding reservations
• Close collaboration with the revenue manager and operational departments
• In-depth knowledge of our hotel software Protel, as well as common OTA extranets, Reguest, Synxis and MS Office programs
• Maintaining quality standards according to LQA and "Mistral" (ISO)
• Training of employees
