Product Manager & Technician (m/f/d)

Become part of our team and take on a central role at the interface between technology, product management, and sales. In this versatile function, you will be responsible for the technical and content-related support of our products, ensure the quality of relevant product and master data, and support sales with technical know-how. In addition, you will analyze and process customer inquiries in a solution-oriented manner and actively contribute to the further development of our products and processes.

Your tasks

• Strategic further development and management of the product portfolio in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders
• Planning, organization, and execution of product workshops, technical training, and sessions for internal employees as well as customers
• Technical guidance and coordination of certification processes
• Preparation, maintenance, and updating of price lists, product documentation, brochures, and flyers
• Conception and implementation of sales-supporting measures (technical arguments, presentations, product documents)
• Technical consulting and support for the sales team as well as our customers regarding project-specific questions
• Responsibility for the processing and coordination of the complaint process, including root cause analysis, coordination with internal departments, and derivation of sustainable improvement measures
• Ensuring the quality and timeliness of product and master data
• Taking on administrative and coordinative tasks in the area of product management and technology

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the construction environment (e.g., Techniker HF, carpenter with further training)
• Experience in product management, technical support, or a comparable interface function in the construction industry
• Confident handling of technical documentation, standards, and tender documents
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent German in speaking and writing, French and/or Italian an advantage
• Structured, independent, and practice-oriented way of working with an understanding of construction site processes
• High communication and presentation skills, especially during training and workshops; strong organizational talent, implementation strength, and a hands-on mentality
• Customer-oriented thinking as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility
