This is your chance to become part of our defining culture: Your mission: In direct collaboration with the management, you bear overall responsibility for the Rooms Division and act as a driving force for quality and innovation: Strategic Leadership: You lead and inspire a team of approx. 80-120 employees via the Direct Leads (Front Office, Concierge, Reservation, Housekeeping, Laundry). Guest Journey & Quality: You are responsible for the seamless implementation of Forbes and LQA standards. You do not just analyze guest feedback, but transform it into concrete service innovations. Commercial Mindset: In close coordination with Revenue Management, Sales and the Reservations team, you optimize occupancy and ADR. You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts, as well as cost control (labor and material expenses) with a focus on maximum profitability. Process Pioneer: You drive digital transformation forward and optimize internal SOPs to minimize friction losses and maximize time for the guest. Training: constant training and further development of the teams Host Mentality: You maintain the relationship with our discerning regular guests and master even complex complaint management with sovereignty and charm. This is you: We are looking for an established leadership personality who loves complexity and understands excellence as a way of life. Experience: You have completed training/studies in luxury hospitality and several years of leadership experience in a comparable position in international 5-star hospitality. Leadership Skills: You lead not through hierarchies, but through inspiration. You enjoy developing talents and coaching managers. Digital Affinity: You are proficient in handling modern PMS systems and have a passion for co-shaping efficient, digital processes. Language Competence: You are business fluent in German and English. Italian is a very great advantage due to our location and team structure. Analytical Thinking: You enjoy numbers, calculations, and working with modern hotel management systems.
