Cook / Chef (80–100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, independent and reliable personality as a cook/chef.

In our family-friendly Italian restaurant, you will take over the independent management of the kitchen area. You will prepare our dishes with passion and care, ensure a smooth kitchen process and actively contribute to the high quality of our offer. Teamwork and mutual support are a matter of course for us.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the kitchen area
• Preparation of our Italian dishes and daily menus
• Mise en Place as well as organization of the daily kitchen process
• Ensuring a constantly high quality of food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Goods control as well as careful handling of food
• Support of the team in other areas of the restaurant if needed

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook/chef EFZ or several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of Italian cuisine
• Independent, structured and clean working method
• Sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Team ability, reliability and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
