Our client is recognized for its quality cuisine and the care provided to its clientele. In order to manage the service and maintain excellence standards, we are looking for a rigorous and team-leading Floor Manager at 80%.

Your main missions ###

• Team management and animation: Supervise, train, and motivate the floor staff on a daily basis with positive and unifying leadership.
• Operational management and scheduling: Develop the team's service schedules, monitor attendance, and optimize the organization of the stations.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure the constant quality of the welcome and service, manage customer feedback with diplomacy, and guarantee an irreproachable experience.
• Stock management and orders: Manage beverage and equipment orders, monitor stocks, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Financial management (Cost Control): Monitor profitability ratios, calculate and control the beverage cost as well as losses to optimize the service gross margin.

Your profile ###

• Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Manager or senior Chef de rang with supervisory responsibilities.
• Management skills: Ability to lead a team, transmit your expertise, and maintain an excellent work dynamic.
• Management and figures: Ease with cost calculation (ratios/costs), monitoring turnover, and inventory management.
• Interpersonal qualities: Passionate about customer relations, endowed with a keen sense of hospitality and exemplary stress management.
• Availability: Adaptability to split shifts (lunch and evening) on a rhythm of 4 days per week.
