What you will achieve with us

• The personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the kitchen, service, and housekeeping areas under your authority is in your hands
• You organize the processes in the kitchen, service, and housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry, reliably and economically
• You consistently implement hygiene, quality, occupational safety, and health protection. You further develop processes and participate in projects and audits
• You keep an eye on the budget, purchasing, and inventory within your area of responsibility. Quality, efficiency, and a conscious use of resources go hand in hand
• As a member of the management team, you bring the hospitality perspective into higher-level decisions. Together with the other areas, you ensure good coordination, an inviting atmosphere, and harmonious decorations. You also contribute during events

What you bring with you

• A completed vocational training in the field of housekeeping and leadership training form your professional foundation
• Professional experience in hospitality or housekeeping as well as in leading employees distinguishes you
• You are familiar with hygiene, quality, and safety specifications, as well as the processes in the kitchen, service, and housekeeping. Economic thinking and organizational talent are among your strengths
• Your leadership style is clear, appreciative, and binding. The further development of your employees is close to your heart
• Joy in contact with elderly people, initiative, and the willingness to roll up your own sleeves round off your profile
