Administrative and technical assistant

Reporting to the management, you will ensure the administrative, financial, and organizational coordination of the office's mandates, while providing support to project managers in the monitoring of their activities. Your missions Administration and office management Telephone reception and physical reception of visitors Management of mail, orders, and supplies Updating internal databases Management of vehicles, equipment, and common areas Administrative control of invoices and expense reports. Opening and monitoring of mandates Verification of input data (contracts, signed offers, conditions, etc.) Creation and monitoring of projects in the internal system Management of amendments and updating of contractual information. Invoicing and financial monitoring Preparation and issuance of invoices Internal follow-ups to ensure complete and timely invoicing Development and updating of financial dashboards (costs, hours, margins) Monitoring of planning and forecasted workload Updating of mandate schedules. Administrative support and coordination Administrative support to project managers in documentary monitoring Interface between management, accounting, and technical teams. Profile sought This position requires a versatile, autonomous, and rigorous person, endowed with an excellent sense of organization and benefiting from experience in the construction sector. You are able to manage several files in parallel, prioritize your tasks, and collaborate effectively with different interlocutors. Good mastery of IT tools as well as an interest in technical environments constitute assets.
