Together with your professional co-lead, you ensure stable processes, efficient use of resources, and a modern leadership culture. YOUR TASKS • Overall responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational management of the inpatient ward with a focus on oncology • Core team member of the internal clinic cell therapy program as well as participation in audits relevant to certification • Ensuring professional, high-quality, and patient-centered care in consideration of the nursing mission statement • Active participation in nursing as well as planning, controlling, and ensuring efficient personnel deployment • Responsibility for the introduction, support, and promotion of employees, apprentices, and students • Close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialist departments <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH • SRK recognition in case of a foreign diploma • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a Swiss acute care hospital • Leadership training or willingness to complete it • Several years of professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally in oncology • Very good German language skills as well as pronounced leadership and social competence <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated inter- and multiprofessional team awaits you.
