We are at home in the lower Toggenburg. This is reflected in all aspects of our work. We pamper our guests with careful cooking and seasonal products from the region – lovingly arranged and served fresh with pleasure. The menu entices with classic dishes and own compositions with international and Mediterranean notes. The Hotel & Restaurant Wolfensberg offers, in addition to its beautiful natural location, a variety of opportunities for smaller and larger events in one of our five banquet halls. Our house has 26 hotel rooms, a sauna, and a daily open restaurant with 230 indoor seats. On sunny days, the spacious garden terrace with 180 seats invites you to linger. Your tasks Operational management of the service team in the à-la-carte and banquet area Ensuring a smooth service process Leadership, motivation, and training of employees Active participation in the service (front presence) Scheduling and organization Compliance with and control of our quality and hygiene standards Close cooperation with the kitchen and management Care and consultation of our guests at a high level Your profile Completed training in gastronomy/hotel industry Several years of professional experience in service, ideally in a leadership position Host personality with heart and professionalism Organizational talent and sense of responsibility Stress resistance and flexibility Leadership experience team with 5 people Very good German language skills, additional languages an advantage Well-groomed appearance and team spirit We offer you a varied, challenging activity in which you can take on responsibility.
