HR Business Partner

Job number: 8456 Location of work: Bad Zurzach Workload: 100% Tasks: • Responsibility for the assigned locations and departments as well as technical and personnel management of HR assistance • Control of the entire recruitment process from personnel planning to onboarding • Processing of labor law issues • Care and consulting of executives and employees in all HR topics along the Employee Life Cycle • Coordination of long-term absences in cooperation with the Case Management • Participation in HR projects as well as cross-departmental working groups Requirements: • Completed HR training at the specialist level or completed degree in the field of HR • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, in the healthcare sector or a similar industry is an advantage • Very good knowledge in the field of labor law • Very good MS Office skills • Team-oriented, resilient and precise way of working
