Sales Support - Suisse Romande sales department Workplace Geneva Activity rate 100 % Start date 01.10.2026 What awaits you <br /> • Support for tenders to assist the sales team, with the necessary rigor • Analyze tender documents (budgets, technical specifications, service levels...) • Elaboration of ISS offers (Innovation, Environment, D&I, HSE) in response to client needs and expectations • Working on projects (Private and public market) within the Romande sales team • Collaborating with internal teams (Operations, HR, Legal, Marketing) and external partners to build lasting relationships <br /> What you bring <br /> • Previous first experience in business services in Suisse romande (mandatory) • Excellent mastery of presentations and client offers (writing complex 50-page offers on PPT/Word)) • Excellent mastery of calculations based on Excel • Initial training in the B to B commercial field • Knowledge of the BtoB market in Geneva • Dynamic, communicative and solution-oriented personality • Mastery of French (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) • Excellent mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office/Excell/Copilot) <br /> Ready for us?
