The Circle Convention Center includes over 2800 square meters of flexible meeting and event spaces and can accommodate up to 1500 guests. Your tasks: • Support in leading the team and ensuring excellent guest service. • Building and maintaining guest relationships and the regular guest database. • Ensuring guest satisfaction in cooperation with the service and kitchen team. • Co-planning and delegating daily operational tasks. • Proactive selling of special promotions (e.g. Food Zurich, Weine&Dine-Events). • Communication with other departments for a smooth process. • Very good product knowledge and upselling competence. • Ensuring cleanliness, order and implementation of Hyatt standards. • Close cooperation with other outlet managers and the kitchen. • Compliance with hotel guidelines on hygiene, health and safety. • Planning of working hours and creation of duty rosters. • Control of stocks and drink costs. • Support in achieving sales forecasts for food and beverages. • Conducting performance interviews and identifying training needs. • Ensuring compliance with food and hygiene standards. • Contributing to maintaining ISO 22000 standards. Your profile: • Several years of experience in F&B service, ideally as an Assistant Manager in a (hotel) restaurant. • Fluent German and English skills, additional languages an advantage. • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work shifts. “We care for people so they can be their best”… that runs through our veins.
