Lead Talent Attraction: You are responsible for the strategic direction of talent acquisition for German-speaking Switzerland and control the end-to-end recruiting process in close cooperation with our competence center. Data-driven impulses: You monitor People and recruiting KPIs (e.g., Time to Hire, Diversity, Quality of Hire), derive targeted measures and actively strengthen our employer brand Team Leadership & Leadership: You take over the functional and personnel leadership as well as the targeted further development of one/a employee in the area of Talent Attraction (Employer Branding, cooperation with universities) Close sparring at eye level: You report directly to the Head Talent Central Europe West (CEW), work closely with the Business Partner Team Switzerland and actively drive cross-cutting People projects forward. What you bring Sound education: You have successfully completed a Master's degree in the fields of psychology, human resource management, business administration or a comparable subject. Talent background & desire to change: You bring several years of experience in talent management, strategic talent acquisition or L&D and are eager to successfully contribute this expertise to business partnering or vice versa. Leadership & advisory competence: You possess demonstrable experience in leading teams as well as projects and communicate with strong advisory skills and confidence at all hierarchical levels up to management. Digital & analytical mindset: You use proven as well as new technologies in a goal-oriented manner (AI, Successfactors, SAP, etc.) and have strong analytical skills in dealing with People metrics for data-based decisions.
