What awaits you
Advising and supporting managers as well as employees on operational People topics.
Acting as a trusted partner for our teams in the Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Basel regions.
Independently ensuring the management and monitoring of different People processes for your scope.
Management of the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to onboarding.
Supporting managers in the identification and development of talents.
Supporting teams and managers in change processes and contributing to a positive corporate culture.
Participating in People projects and contributing to the implementation of new initiatives.
Using HR data and indicators to identify needs and propose measures adapted to the business.
Collaborating closely with other members of the People team throughout Switzerland.
What you bring
A basic commercial training completed by a federal diploma as a human resources specialist, or higher education with a specialization in human resources.
Experience in a generalist HR function or similar, with a good understanding of operational issues.
A real ease in creating trusting relationships with managers and employees.
A strong orientation towards People Value Creation, combined with empathy, flexibility and a pragmatic approach.
An interest in digital tools and new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, SuccessFactors and SAP.
An excellent command of French and good proficiency in German, allowing for communication with managers and employees. Good knowledge of English is also an asset.
Availability for regular travel in the Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Basel regions.
