To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Housekeeping Manager 100% (w/m/i) Your Tasks As Housekeeping Manager (w/m/i), you will take on operational and administrative responsibility for the housekeeping department. Together with your team, you will ensure that the high standards of Bürgenstock Resort in the areas of cleanliness, service quality, and guest comfort are guaranteed at all times. Your tasks include: Leadership and further development of a team of approx. 50 employees, including supervisors, chambermaids, and porters Ensuring the cleaning and care of rooms as well as public areas Monitoring and compliance with hygiene standards and safety guidelines Efficient planning and organization of workflows, duty rosters, and resources Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Responsibility for budget control and the implementation of sustainable cleaning and work processes Organization and monitoring of daily workflows and personnel assignments Motivation and training of the team to ensure continuous quality and individual development You bring You have successfully completed training as a Hotel Specialist EFZ or Housekeeping Specialist and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar function. You speak German and English, are service-oriented, and remain calm and efficient even under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to an independent way of working and can organize and motivate yourself and your employees well. You are reliable and enjoy working in a team. Communication skills are one of your great strengths. If you have also completed the vocational trainer course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
