They are at the center of what we do, and together with them, we find the right solution. In this way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction.      What awaits you   • You independently process complex property damage claims with in-depth coverage and liability assessments in the area of motor vehicle insurance, wheel & moped liability insurance • You identify and implement recourse possibilities, negotiate and represent your assessment to third parties, and are effective in enforcing our customers' claims in every area (liability, casco) • You have telephone and written contact with the insured, injured parties, legal representatives, and repair companies and also convey negative messages in a customer-oriented, friendly, and convincing manner • You critically question existing processes, actively contribute your ideas and input, and help us to drive and optimize them   What you bring with you   • You have a commercial basic training (or similar) and already have experience in the field of private insurance • You have good oral and written communication skills, have strong negotiation skills, and are characterized by a high level of service orientation and resilience - ideally, you have French, English and/or Italian skills • You approach changes openly and see them as an opportunity • You are fully committed to our customers and stand for honesty, openness, and fairness - whether externally or internally • You bring the ability to think "Out of the Box" and can apply this in your daily work • You bring innovation and humanity and are an enthusiastic team player   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
