NIGHT AUDITOR – RECEPTIONIST (hourly extra contract)

L’Hôtel Beaulac in Neuchâtel is a 4 stars supérieur with 116 rooms, featuring a panoramic lounge bar, the Waves, on the 7th floor, a magnificent dining space, the Lake Side, located facing the lake, and a conference center. L’Hôtel Beaulac enjoys an exceptional location on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel which harmoniously combines an urban atmosphere and a haven of peace. In order to complete our reception team, we are looking for a : NIGHT AUDITOR – RECEPTIONIST (hourly extra contract) (hourly paid extra contract – weekend work and replacements during holidays) Your missions will be the following : • Closing of the day's operations: turnover, invoicing, collection, management of cash funds, etc. • Management of telephone calls, • Management of late departures and arrivals, • Ability to respond to the unforeseen: unavailable room, client does not like the room etc. • Accompanying clients to their rooms if necessary, • Management of client remarks, • Communication of client complaints and/ or feedback, • Reporting of incidents occurring during the night, • Follow-up of night requests (wake-up calls, breakfast, room service, taxi...) • Maintenance of the reservation planning, • Performing security rounds within the hotel premises. Punctual, proactive, autonomous, precise, you possess an excellent presentation and attach great importance to client satisfaction and quality of service. A French native speaker, you practice English fluently. You are certainly the talent we are looking for.
