What you can achieve • You take on the operational end-to-end responsibility for the implementation of functional requirements as well as the quality assurance of our chat and voicebot solutions • You are responsible for a prioritized backlog and develop implementable user stories as well as realistic sprint and release plans together with the Delivery Team • You focus on technical and operational delivery and work together with those responsible for product strategy, customer journey, and UX/CX. Together with the Architecture Owner, you actively contribute your technical understanding and assess the impact of architectural decisions on product, prioritization, and implementation • You identify risks and dependencies early, create transparency for relevant stakeholders, and support informed decisions • Together with the team, you ensure a stable and high-quality operation of our solutions. In doing so, you also maintain an overview in the event of short-term requirements, incidents, or unforeseen events and create the balance between predictability, prioritization, and the necessary flexibility What you bring with you • Completed education in the field of computer science, ideally supplemented by further training in business informatics or a comparable specialty • At least two years of experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable technical delivery role, as well as practical experience in software engineering or a DevOps environment • Practical experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe), as well as sound knowledge of Scrum, Jira, and Confluence • Solid technical understanding as well as interest in modern software architectures, integrations, as well as cloud and AI-based solutions • Strong implementation strength, structured way of working, and the ability to set priorities even in complex situations • Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility, assertiveness, communication skills, and the ability to convey technical contexts in a target-group-oriented manner • Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
