As F&B Manager, you bear overall responsibility for our Food & Beverage area, your team, and the continuous further development of our quality and profitability. 💰

You ensure that our restaurants and bars run smoothly operationally, our standards are lived, and our guests are enthusiastic anew every single day. In doing so, you not only keep an eye on service, but also on revenue, costs, personnel deployment, Food & Beverage Cost, and the optimization of our processes. 📊

You actively participate in the design of our menus, offers, and pricing and continuously develop our F&B area. 📋 In doing so, you keep both the big picture and the small details in view and ensure that our concepts are implemented successfully.

You lead, motivate, and develop your teams and create a culture in which hospitality, quality, cohesion, and personal responsibility are lived. 👥 You are the contact person for your employees, coordinate the various F&B areas, and ensure that everyone pulls together.

Of course, you are not made to sit in the office all day. Your ambience is the restaurant, the bar, and right in the middle of the action. You are present, roll up your sleeves, have an eye for detail, and are accessible to your team and our guests at all times. You are a leader who leads by example and leads his team to success. 🤩
