The employer is looking for a cook (reported profession) Tasks: • preparation mise en place (preliminary cooking, cleaning and portioning of ingredients in the kitchen laboratory) • packaging (arrangement of food in aseptic and vacuum containers in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards) • final preparation (completion of cooking, regeneration of dishes and assembly of hot and cold buffets) • plating (aesthetic care in presentation) Requirements: • experience in the catering sector • federal certificate of competence as a cook • type B driver's license Job details: • place of work: Arbedo (catering service throughout Ticino) • employment level 10-30% • permanent contract • employment start by agreement • working hours according to work plans (including Sundays and holidays) • salary conditions according to CCL
