Application Support Consultant (Manufacturing & Logistics)

Join us and help the world-s leading organizations-unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.  Your missions ## • Provide level 1 and 2 support for digital applications used in production and logistics environments; • Analyze, diagnose and reproduce incidents in order to identify their origin and implement corrective actions when possible; • Qualify, document and escalate complex incidents to level 3 (L3) support teams while ensuring follow-up until their resolution; • Support users through training, promotion of best practices and support for the adoption of digital tools; • Collect feedback from the field and identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience and existing solutions. Your profile ## • Experience in application support, application management, digital manufacturing, logistics, MES or in a similar industrial environment; • Good understanding of incident management processes and experience collaborating with level 3 support teams or product teams; • Strong analysis, investigation and problem-solving skills in operational environments; • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders; • Proficiency in French and English. A presence at the Fribourg and Le Locle sites is required.
