The Rennaz hospital center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two geriatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical outpatients' clinics. Our team is looking for, for a fixed term, a: Cook M/F ### The main missions of this position are ### As a cook, you contribute daily to the production of high-quality meals intended for patients, staff, and the hospital's satellite services. You participate in the excellence of the hotel management, while respecting food safety, hygiene, and quality process requirements. • * • Prepare meals daily while respecting technical sheets and established planning • * • Guarantee a high and constant taste quality of the preparations • * • Strictly apply hospital hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety rules • * • Participate in the production chain as well as the distribution of meals to patients and staff • * • Ensure the cleaning of the workstation and the equipment used • * • Contribute to a good working climate and transmit the necessary information for service continuity • * • Supervise and accompany kitchen assistants and participate in the training of apprentices • * • Get involved in the quality process and in the continuous improvement of services • * • Guarantee the proper functioning of equipment by reporting any defect to management • * • Rigorously apply the HACCP method and ensure traceability • * We require ### • * • A CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent • * • Excellent knowledge of hygiene rules, food safety, and HACCP good practices • * • A keen sense of organization, rigor, and quality • * • An ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit • * • A customer service-oriented attitude, with concern for the well-being of patients and staff • * • Good ease in internal communication and the transmission of information • * • An ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment • * • Flexibility and availability according to the needs of the service (irregular hours/weekends) • * We offer ### L-HRC offers great employment and professional development opportunities in all its areas of activity: medical, nursing, medico-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, logistics.
