Human Resources Business Partner (maternity cover) 80 - 100 (m/f/d)

What you can move • Operational HR support for the assigned areas as well as substitution of the HR Business Partners during absences • Support throughout the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, development, performance management, and exits) • Advising and supporting managers and employees on operational HR issues • Accompanying and supporting specific HR cases, particularly long-term absences, reintegrations, and labor law issues • Collaboration in ongoing HR projects and taking over defined project tasks • Support in process optimization and the further development of HR processes • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, HR guidelines, and HR processes • Supporting the Head of HR Business Partnering in daily operational business What you bring with you • Commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or an equivalent degree (in HR management or similar) • Several years of experience in a comparable function in operational HR business partnering • Change- and ICT-oriented, initiative, flexible, and proactive personality with an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting • Good MS Office skills and SAP HCM skills are an advantage • Very good German skills in spoken and written form, further language skills in French and/or English are an advantage • Willingness to travel approx. 10% to other RUAG locations in Switzerland Salary and benefits Are you particularly good with your fellow human beings?
