Cook - CDI 50%

Cook CDI 50% for the first 3 months then possible evolution according to needs. Role : Preparation and creation of traditional Swiss cuisine with fresh products, management of mise en place, plating of dishes, respect of hygiene standards (HACCP), management of the workstation and collaboration with the kitchen team. Prepare dishes, ensure services, manage orders and stocks, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. Profile : Motivated, autonomous, organized person, capable of working in a team. CFC in cooking or training deemed equivalent (an asset). Minimum 5 years of experience French (mandatory). Any other language is an asset.
