You are responsible for the operation and further development of our hybrid SAP HR system landscape with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You work at the interface between HR and IT and combine HR process knowledge with technical SAP expertise and a pronounced interest in AI-based solutions. You ensure stable operation and continuously develop the systems along the HR processes. SAP HR Application Expert - SuccessFactors & HCM | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 8069 Location: Solothurn | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Manage, operate and further develop the hybrid SAP HR system landscape (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM) • Analyze and optimize HR processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle • Ensure stable operation including release, change and incident management as well as processing of 2nd-level tickets and system errors • Plan, accompany and implement HR digitization projects • Manage time management and payroll-related system processes as well as support departments • Further develop and integrate SAP interfaces to adjacent systems • Support data quality, reporting and data migrations • Identify and implement AI application cases in the HR environment (SAP Business AI / SAP Joule) Your profile ### • Completed degree in business informatics, computer science or HR management with a focus on HR-IT or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of experience as an application manager or in an HR/IT role at the interface between HR and IT • Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, knowledge of EC Payroll is an advantage • Knowledge in at least one of the areas of time management, payroll, HR process management or SAP integration • Participation in HR digitization or SAP transformation projects • Interest or initial experience with AI technologies in the SAP environment (e.g. SAP Business AI, SAP Joule) • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
