• 15 July 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Emmenbrücke Your tasks The management of the Haute école Lucerne - Design Film Art is the nerve center for a varied range of daily operational tasks as well as the continuous development of our dynamic organization. It ensures the coordination and smooth running of inter-departmental appointments and processes and organizes work sessions, conferences, as well as other internal and external events. As an executive assistant, you are a central interlocutor for our internal and external stakeholders. Thanks to your organizational talent, your service orientation, and your sensitivity to various concerns, you contribute significantly to effective collaboration and a professional presentation of the management. As an executive assistant, you assume the following tasks: • You ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes within the management and take charge of general assistance tasks. • You plan and organize business trips, meetings, internal school events, and conferences, ensuring professional execution. • You provide support for the implementation of administrative development projects. • You maintain our internal communication channels and ensure our personnel and address files are up to date. • To coordinate tasks, you are in regular exchange with the executive assistants of other departments. Your profile • You have a solid training in the commercial field as well as proven experience in assisting senior executives. • Additional training as an executive assistant would be ideal. • You communicate with ease in German and English. • You have a strong digital affinity and familiarize yourself quickly with new tools and IT systems. • You work in a customer-oriented, autonomous, and proactive manner, and you are discreet and resistant to stress.
